Earth Day 2009

Come check out our adorable adoptable pets and pick up some helpful literature.

Attend an informative presentation on
Feral Cats.

Events will be held outdoors and will include exhibits, seminars, demonstrations, presentations, music, live animals and many more fun things to promote conservation, preservation, environmental education, and an enjoyment of being outdoors.  100+ Exhibitors/Vendors.  Free Tree Seedlings, courtesy of the WTEC.

The following items will be collected for re-use and recycling during Earth Day:

Batteries (no larger than 4” x 4”) – Cell phones – Eyeglasses – Hearing Aids – Printer Cartridges – Spring Plants (will be replanted at the Park) & used postage stamps!

 

Sit down, relax and enjoy your lunch in the Pavilion behind the Food Vendor area.

There are Picnic tables and benches for your convenience!
