We are always in need of monetary donations to help out our orphans, especially our special needs pets. Please consider giving us a donation, whether it be $1 or $100. The animals always appreciate it. Groundspring.org donations are great, or checks can be mailed to us at the address below. You can also help by donating items the shelter needs to help keep our animals safe and healthy.

I own: one dog and one cat. My favorite breed of cat and dog are: any kind! If money was no object, the first thing I'd do for the shelter is: make the living quarters nicer/cleaner/warmer. I'd love to have a bigger yard to foster more dogs than I can now. Of course donate money to whatever is needed the most. HeatherGeneral Information

I own: one spoiled Corgi, Lily, our newest foster dog, Annie, Two nine year olds, Taz and Harley, inherited along with my husband. Bandit, adopted from the Shelter in June and Smokey, adopted from the Shelter in July. My favorite breed of cat and dog are: all! If money was no object: I would still be outside of Wal-Mart with a donation jar! LeeAnnGeneral Information

I own: one dog, one cat, one fish. My favorite breed of dog and cat are: big dogs and all cats! If money was no object, the first thing I'd do for the shelter is: Expand and enlarge all facilities!! Upgrade medical facilities to "state of the art", with an on staff veterinary team! Guarantee ALL animals are spayed and neutered and on-site "training" for potential owners...better trained owners make great pets! To have the resources available to become a no kill shelter. I own: one dog, Cody. My favorite breed of dog is: hard to determine; I love so many. Probably black labs as that is what I grew up having. Digger, the family dog, was recently put down due to complications from old age. We all miss him incredibly. If money was no object, the first thing I'd do for the shelter is: have a new one built; bigger, better and able to house more animals comfortably and feel more friendly and welcoming to the public. We do the best with what we have, but I want to do so much more. |
